2020 has given us all great excuses to learn some new ways of doing things! So many non-profits have had to go virtual, LIFE included. With that said, we're grateful for the opportunity to continue to serve our community in new and exciting ways. LIFE has several opportunities to for our supporters to contribute and we are thrilled to bring you a highlight of one of the groups we'll be supporting this month as well.
Boulder Creek Firefighters
During the month of October, LIFE will be working to raise $5,000 to be donated to the Boulder Creek Firefighters. The heroes at the Boulder Creek Volunteer Fire Department in Santa Cruz, CA have been working selflessly day and night battling the CZU Lightning Complex fire. Unfortunately, some have lost their own homes and are still continuing to work to extinguish the fires. All funds will go directly to their department for their resources and personal needs. To donate, visit our website.
Sip & Shop at The Market Restaurant + Bar by Jennifer
We hope you'll join us for a great night of supporting our community and giving back! We are SO excited for a Sip & Shop at The Market by Jennifer's! 10% of the proceeds of this event will be donated to LIFE. This socially distant and thoughtfully laid out event will host Spiritual Gangster, Christy Alvarado Jewelry, Ava Rose Designs, Jewel Ya, Gorgeous Things, and Love & Glitter Custom Tumblers from 3-7pm on October 30th.
Virtual Wellness Crisis Support Group
