Celebrating Excellence in Healthcare Leadership: Honoring Our Founder, Dr. Mara Windsor

L.I.F.E. proudly congratulates our founder, Dr. Windsor, D.O., for receiving the Maricopa County Medical Society Healthcare Leadership Award at the 133rd Annual Gala on Friday, October 24, 2025.

This distinguished award recognizes outstanding leadership and commitment to advancing the health and well-being of Arizonans. Dr. Windsor’s dedication to supporting the healthcare community has been the foundation of L.I.F.E.’s mission since its establishment in 2013.

As an organization, L.I.F.E. is devoted to providing mental health services, resources, and tools for healthcare providers, first responders, and those who have chosen careers in service to others. Under Dr. Windsor’s leadership, L.I.F.E. has remained steadfast in its mission to reduce burnout and despair, and to equip our everyday heroes with the skills to manage high-stress situations, make effective decisions in the field, and rediscover peace and fulfillment in their work and personal lives.

This recognition reflects Dr. Windsor’s visionary leadership, compassion, and unwavering advocacy for those who dedicate their lives to caring for others. Her work continues to inspire our organization and the broader healthcare community to prioritize mental wellness, resilience, and sustainable service.
