Mindful Minute

Living in Fulfilled Enlightenment is a path that requests mindful practice to your presence. Let's bring our attention to the present moment together in our L.I.F.E. Mindful Minute practice.

What is practice? When we hear the word practice, we think of practicing how to do something we have learned. What if instead we think of practice as an individual action separate from the goal of achieving mastery in one specific thing. What if we think of practice as an exercise itself? If we learn how to practice, then we can learn how to do anything.

How can we practice practice? First begin at looking at how you strategize to practice an action or activity that you wish to master. What do you to engage your focus? What atmosphere do you create? Focus and atmosphere go hand and hand. Both require devotion to your goal, to your purpose, and to your values. Take a minute to find what your intentions are in practicing. Take a few minutes to allow those goals, purpose, and values to bring your focus and your atmosphere into perspective.

What is mindfulness? Mindfulness is the mental state of awareness and focus on one's present moment; acknowledging and accepting one's feelings, thoughts, and being. Mindfulness is a path, not a destination. Mindfulness continues to request our practice in self-awareness, self-reflection, and integrating our intentions into our actions in the present moment.

Being mindful to our presence allows us to gain control over the aspects of our life.

Being mindful allows practice in our focus and our atmosphere.

Being mindful brings our attention to our goals, purpose, and values.

Being mindful gives us the ability to shape our actions from our true intentions.

Being mindful requires practice.

L.I.F.E.'s Mindful Minute practices serve as a reminder to come to our space to mindfully practice our practice and excel towards a life that we intend to live.
