As we approach the end of one year and the beginning of another, take a minute to reflect on our projections & perceptions to lead a more mindful life.
What would happen if we change our projection?
Our projection changes and creates our perceptions.
You are the director of the movie that is your life…
Step 1) Consider these questions and write them down:
What is the fearful movie that you have been playing?
What fear based stories about your past or future are you playing on your movie screen?
How are these stories blocking you from feeling supported and happy?
How do they block you from the flow of the universe?
Step 2) Consider these questions and write them down:
What is the positive movie that you have been playing?
The same way the negative stories block you from the flow of the universe, your positive stories empower you.
What are the love based empowering stories that you play in your mind?
How do they support you to keep you happy?
1) Look for love in all the right places
2) Reconnect to your power
3) Focus on the positive stories
4) Your presence is your power
Revisit these stories for four weeks to see how they change and grow toward the positive light! If you change your projection you will change your perception and your reality!
